There is also a downstairs toilet and single bedroom.

Upstairs comprises four bedrooms and a family size bath room. The master bedroom has a king-size brass bed. The second bedroom is a twin room, and the third bedroom has bunk beds. The fourth upstairs bedroom is a single room. All beds are fitted with hypo-allergenic duvets and pillows.

Linen, bath/hand towels, and hairdryers are all included, as is the central heating and power throughout.

A particular feature of the property is the very private and well-kept garden, full of beautiful flowers and shrubs, with lawn areas and a Victorian summer house shared with Hawkshaw. Outside dining is possible with the garden furniture and barbeque provided.
