The prices quoted are per week for the rental of the
house, all inclusive. Dates are week commencing. Individual days can be
booked (minimum of two) except during peak periods (summer, Easter,
Christmas, and New Year) when only full weeks (Saturday to Saturday) are
available. The daily rate is £155/night.
If you are interested in booking your stay at Merlin
Cottage, simply click on enquiries to contact us stating the dates you wish to stay. If the house is available for the dates you have requested, we will send you a booking form to complete and require a deposit of 30%. The balance is required 4 weeks prior to entry.
We also request a refundable security deposit of £150. If you have any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us.
